Can my cat use it if it's very large/small?
The combing device's entrance is adjustable and can support cats weighing up to 40 pounds. However, we don't recommend it for kittens under 1 year, as they haven't started shedding significantly.
My cat is very timid, will he be able to use this groomer without any problems?
Of course. The felt body and shelter naturally attract cats, and the lure of food is irresistible. When it first arrives, set the entrance to the groomer to the maximum and then gradually reduce it to the minimum over the course of a week. Your cat will grow to love it!
Can I use the PawSwing self-groomer on a 12-pound long-haired cat?
Our groomer is adjustable and can hold up to 40 pounds, although it is not recommended for cats less than 1 year old, whose hair has not yet begun to shed significantly.
Is the felt box washable?
All of our parts are washable. They can be cleaned directly using the same cleaning solution that users use to clean their clothes on a daily basis, without worrying about the effects of chemicals.
What can you do with collected cat hair?
You can make a small felt figurine, or even donate them for birds to use for nesting!
